This Cookie Information Notice ("Cookie Notice") has been prepared in order to fulfill the information obligation set forth under Article 10 of the Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK") and applicable data protection legislation, in relation to the use of cookies and similar technologies on the PartsCollab platform (partscollab.com) (the "Platform"). The data controller for the Platform is SkyReady Solutions A.Ş. ("SkyReady Solutions" or the "Company").
This Cookie Notice explains which types of cookies are used on the Platform, for what purposes cookies are processed, the legal bases for such processing, how cookies may be managed, and the rights of users in relation to personal data processed through cookies.
PartsCollab and SkyReady Solutions A.Ş. place great importance on the lawful, transparent, and proportionate processing of personal data and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure data security and confidentiality.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on a user's device (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.) by websites through browsers. Cookies enable websites to function properly, remember user preferences, improve performance, and enhance user experience.
Cookies do not directly contain personal data such as name, surname, or address. However, certain cookies may process information that can be associated with an identifiable user or device.
2. Types of Cookies Used on the Platform
Cookies used on the Platform are categorized according to their purpose and necessity:
2.1. Strictly Necessary Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies are essential for the operation of the Platform, including the functionality of the cookie consent mechanism itself. These cookies enable core functionalities such as session continuity, security, and the proper display of the website. Without these cookies, the Platform cannot function correctly.
These cookies are processed without requiring explicit consent. Legal basis under KVKK: Article 5/2 — performance of a contract and legitimate interests of the data controller.
2.2. Analytics and Performance Cookies
PartsCollab uses Google Analytics 4 ("GA4") on the Platform, deployed via Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors interact with the website. These cookies collect anonymized statistical information such as page views, session duration, and user behavior.
Analytics cookies are placed only when the user provides explicit consent via the cookie banner displayed upon first visit. If the user declines, no analytics data is collected whatsoever. Legal basis under KVKK: Article 5/1 — explicit consent of the data subject.
Although these cookies are classified as first-party cookies, the data collected is processed by Google LLC on servers located in the United States and the European Union. This transfer is carried out under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) entered into with Google LLC, in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
2.3. Marketing / Advertising Cookies (Currently Not Used)
PartsCollab does not currently use targeting, advertising, or marketing cookies on the Platform.
In the event that such cookies are implemented in the future, they will be subject to prior explicit consent and a separate disclosure notice.
2.4. Consent Management
PartsCollab has integrated Google Consent Mode v2 into the Platform. Analytics cookies are disabled by default upon first visit. A cookie consent banner is displayed to users when they first access the Platform, providing the option to accept or decline analytics cookies. Analytics cookies are activated only upon the user's explicit consent.
Users may update their cookie preferences at any time via the Cookie Settings link located in the footer of the Platform. Consent records, including the date and scope of consent, are stored in the cc_cookie cookie and retained for 6 months.

All analytics cookies (rows 2–5) are placed exclusively upon user consent. If consent is declined or withdrawn, these cookies are not set. Data from Google Analytics cookies is processed by Google LLC under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Cookies are retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill their intended purpose.
4. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data Through Cookies
Personal data processed through cookies is processed based on the following legal grounds under KVKK:
- Strictly necessary cookies (
cc_cookie): Article 5/2 of KVKK — necessity for the performance of a contract and legitimate interests of the data controller. - Analytics cookies (
_ga,_ga_*,_gid,_gat): Article 5/1 of KVKK — explicit consent of the data subject. - Marketing / advertising cookies: Not currently used. If implemented in the future, explicit consent will be obtained separately.
5. Data Transfers and International Processing
Data collected through Google Analytics 4 cookies may be transferred to and processed on servers operated by Google LLC, located in the United States and the European Union. This international transfer is carried out under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) concluded with Google LLC, pursuant to Article 9 of the KVKK. Additionally, due to the use of cloud-based infrastructure, personal data processed through cookies may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside Türkiye through cloud service providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS).
All international transfers are protected by appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK and applicable legislation.
6. How Can You Manage Cookies?
Users may manage cookie preferences through:
- Cookie Consent Banner: Upon first visit to the Platform, users are presented with a consent banner where they may accept or decline analytics cookies.
- Cookie Settings Panel: Preferences can be updated at any time via the Cookie Settings link in the footer of the Platform.
- Browser Settings: Users may configure their browser to block or delete cookies.
- Google Analytics Opt-Out: Users may also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent the Platform from functioning properly and may limit access to certain features.
7. Rights of Data Subjects
Users whose personal data is processed through cookies have the rights set forth under Article 11 of the KVKK, including the right to obtain information, request correction or deletion, object to unlawful processing, and seek compensation where applicable.
Requests regarding personal data may be submitted in accordance with the procedures described in the Personal Data Protection and Processing Notice.
8. Updates to This Cookie Notice
This Cookie Notice may be updated from time to time. Updated versions shall become effective upon publication on the Platform.
